Before Work or at Work Smoothie - Serves One
Ingredients
2 TBSP Isowhey or Ketoslim Protein Powder
½ Cup Frozen Blueberries or 2 Frozen Blueberry Cubes
2 TBSP Plain Natural Yoghurt or to work 2 frozen yoghurt cubes
1 cup Water
DRINKING AT HOME METHOD
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until reach desired consistency.
Place in cup + serve.
DRINKING AT WORK METHOD|
Night Before Work- Put Plain Natural Yoghurt into ice cube tray + freeze. Blend one cup of frozen or fresh blueberries and pour into another ice cube tray + freeze.
Morning Before work- Put all ingredients into a shaker.
At Work- Add one cup of water to shaker, shake + drink.
