Before School Smoothie - Serves One
Ingredients
2 Frozen Coconut Cream Cubes
2 Frozen 100% Fruit Juice Cubes
½ Medium Frozen Banana sliced
1 Frozen Mango Cheek chopped or ½ cup Frozen Berries
2 TBSP Ketoslim (Vanilla or Strawberry) or Isowhey Complete (Vanilla)
2 TBSP Natural Full-Fat Yoghurt
Juice, Water or Soymilk to taste
Night BEFORE
Put Coconut Cream + Fruit Juice into separate ice cube trays and freeze.
Peel + freeze banana. Slice mango into cheeks + freeze.
Method
Put first six ingredients into a blender. Blend briefly until stiff and transfer to large cup. Then add the liquid and stir slowly until you reach smooth consistency of thickshake. (ie. A spoon can stand up in it).
