Belinda is a mum of two teenage girls, who is a very approachable and practical person with an abundance of experience in the health industry. |
Like our other naturopaths, Belinda aims to empower her clients with dietary and lifestyle knowledge to bring about lasting health improvements.
Belinda's background includes over 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care and recently received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Consistency and Achievement in Natural Therapies. Belinda's accolades and her strong ties with Western Medicine, result in a balanced approach to help her clients on a journey of wellness.
Whilst Belinda is happy to manage any health conditions she particularly enjoys helping women overcome hormonal imbalances including menopausal symptoms, as well as helping clients with the management of cardiovascular health (cholesterol, blood pressure etc), weight loss, and adolescent conditions through nutrition and natural medicines. Belinda also has a special interest in allergy + heavy metal testing and has developed successful detox programs.
