Bircher Muesli - Makes 4 serve
Ingredients
1 Cup Rolled Oats
½ Cup Barley Flakes
½ Cup Rolled Rye Flakes
1½ Cups Low GI Apple + Cherry Juice (Try Wild About Fruit)
½ Cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
½ Cup Low Fat Plain Natural Yoghurt
1 Grated Apple
1 TBSP LSA
1 TBSP Isowhey or Ketoslim Protein Powder *
METHOD
Add oats, barley + rye flakes to blender + process for 1 minute.
Place in medium bowl + add juice + blueberries.
Cover + stand in fridge for at least one hour (preferably overnight).
Add yoghurt, grated apple, protein powder + LSA and serve.
