Blueberry Smoothie - Serves One
Ingredients
2 TBSP Isowhey or Ketoslim Protein Powder
½ Cup Low Fat Plain Natural Yoghurt
½ Cup Ice
½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
METHOD
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until reach desired consistency.
Place in cup + serve.
SYNERGY TIP
To mix it up a little add any combination of Low GI Fruits instead of blueberries.
Try pear, cherry, kiwi fruit, peach, pineapple, or mixed berries. Avoid strawberries and kiwis if you have arthritis or heartburn.
