Synergy Clinic Helpful Tip

Add a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Not only does this add a beautiful sweet flavour without sugar, but it is a natural anti-inflammatory, antiparasitic + it boosts your metabolism!

Be sure to use plain cinnamon powder + not cinnamon sugar.

We like to add a splash of soymilk to give a creamier texture.

   

Fruity Porridges - Makes 1 serve

Ingredients
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1½ Cups Water (or soy or goats milk)
Pinch seasalt
½ Cup Blueberries, Grated Apple or Pear
¼ Cup Ground Almonds or LSA
1 TBSP Isowhey or Ketoslim Protein Powder *

METHOD
Combine Oats, water + salt in a saucepan + bring to the boil.
Simmer until oats are soft, stirring
Add ground almonds (or LSA), fruit + protein powder just before serving.
Add a splash of soy milk to taste/texture.
