The initial consultation seeks to determine your current health and fertility status, nutrient status and dietary requirements. You will receive a comprehensive health and fertility survey to fill in before your appointment which will give our therapist a good indication of your health strengths and weaknesses and fertility levels.
The consult is spent discussing your hormonal history, pregnancy goals and concerns, health symptoms/health concerns, eating habits and past medical history and pregnancies. The naturopath will do several tests like tongue diagnosis, nail diagnosis, iridology and cellular health analysis to assess your vitamin and mineral levels. They may order blood or hormone tests if necessary.
You will receive a fertility pack containing a thermometer, personalised lunar fertility (ovulation) charts, Natural Fertility book and be taught to recognise signs of fertility (ovulation) and given advice on ways to increase chance of conception. You will also receive personalised dietary advice and may be prescribed supplements or herbal medicines to bring a happy, healthy pregnancy.
