Synergy Clinic Helpful Tip

For a lower GI option or those on fat loss diet try replacing grapes/banana with lower GI fruit like strawberry, pear or peach.

Adding the protein powder lowers the GI of this meal.

   

Pineapple Temptations - Makes 6 Serves

Ingredients
1 small ripe pineapple (chilled in fridge)
2 Cups Berries
½ cup Grapes or Sliced Banana
3 Cups Low Fat Plain Natural Yoghurt or Sheep/Goat Yoghurt
½ Cup Almond flakes or slivers toasted
1 TBSP Isowhey or Ketoslim Protein Powder *

METHOD
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise, including leafy top. Then cut into 3 equal length segments so that they resemble boats. Put nuts on baking tray + toast til brown.
Carefully remove pineapple flesh, preserving shell for serving.
Chop pineapple + mix in bowl with other fruit. Pile fruit into pineapple shell.
Mix yoghurt + protein powder. Put ½ cup yoghurt mix on top of each shell.
Top with toasted nuts.
