Healthy Salads and Sides Lunches and Dinners Chosen by our Nutrition Experts

Synergy experts recommend at least 15g of protein per lunch/dinner. We also suggest that you eat less than 10g of sugars per serve or less than 5g if you are on a fat loss diet.

It is equally important to eat a little carbohydrate to help maintain energy levels, assist muscle tone + fat loss and more carbohydrate on the side if you are exercising daily. Please choose a side marked FL for fat loss, M for muscle/weight maintenance or S for sports performance.
