Add low GI veges to give meals a little variety.
Try mushrooms, spinach, leek, fennel, sweet potato, asparagus, fresh artichoke.
You could also add a little lean meat (50g turkey or ham) instead of cheese. Avoid prepacked meats containing nitrates + sulphites.
Use Aussie In Shape 97% fat free cheddar cheese. This tastes great and has < 1g fat <3g sugars (regular cheeses are 90% higher in these) + it has non-animal rennet!
