Well not only have these completely gone, but since I've changed my lunches the extra kilos I've been carrying round my waist have just dropped off. I can't express how thankful I am- I thought that the extra weight was due to old age now I know better..."

You recommended that I get a bone density test after seeing that my muscle mass was too low in the cell test. The GP says my bone density is very low so I'm following your advice and will come in and buy the calcium you recommended. Hoping I could get an appointment for Thursday.."
