Toast Ideas

2 poached eggs
3 cups boiled water
1 TBSP vinegar

Add water to frypan and simmer til bubbles
Add vinegar. Break eggshell and add egg.
Cook until white hardens and yolk runny. v Y D |
200g Cottage Cheese
½ Roma Tomato
seasalt + pepper |
Spread cottage cheese on toast. Slice tomato.
Add tomato, seasalt + pepper. v |
200g silken tofu
pinch turmeric pwd
soy sauce or tamari
mustard seeds
1 TBSP ev olive oil |
Heat frypan + oil over medium heat.
Add turmeric + mustard seeds til begin to pop.
Add soy sauce then tofu and stir.
Cook until browned. Should look scrambled.
*note: can add onions with turmeric V v Y D |
½ avocado
2 TBSP hommus |
Spread 1 TBSP hommus per piece of bread.
Spread ¼ avocado per piece. V v Y D

200g sardines OR 200g Salmon - Y D
On the side
1 cup cooked spinach, ½ cup sautéed mushrooms
